1. How long will my order take to ship?
Processing times vary depending on the size of your order. Most orders ship within 2–3 weeks, but larger or highly customized orders may take longer.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Custom orders are non-refundable. Non-custom items can be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective (see Return Policy for details).

3. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order — LaChica Boutique is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

4. Do you offer live customizations?
Yes! Some items can be created live so you can be part of the design process. You can also place off-live orders with your requested details.

5. Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA.
